Where is Horton Park Located?

Horton Park is located on Hwy. 36 next to Brookshire Brother’s. It is across the street from Storm’s and behind the Lion’s Club building.

Playground & Picnic Tables

Kids can enjoy the swings and slides that have been newly painted and updated! There are several shaded picnic tables for use. Stop at the famous Storm’s hamburger joint across the street or pick up lunch at the Hamilton Farmer’s Market!

Dog Park

Conveniently located next to Brookshire Brother’s parking lot and nearby playground. The Hamilton Dog Park was recently established by the Hamilton Parks & Recreation Department. A friendly open space to let your pet run and socialize with others! Benches are available for pet owners to sit and visit while watching their dog play!

Hamilton ISD Softball field

Horton Park is the home of the Hamilton Lady Bulldog softball field. In the Spring enjoy watching a game and let your little kids play on the near by playground!

Perfect Pit Stop

Just passing through town on Hwy. 36? Be sure to stop at Horton Park to stretch your legs and let your dog run free in the new Hamilton Dog Park! Let the kids play on the swings and slides while you enjoy a shaded picnic lunch! Horton park is located next to the Lion’s Club building and Bulldog water tower on the corner of Main Street and Bouldin Street. Stop at Storm’s for hamburgers and don’t miss shopping for local and homemade items at the Hamilton Farmer’s Market!
