Downtown Hamilton is set to shine brighter than ever this holiday season! Join us for the Light Up Main Street Christmas Parade — part of this year’s Christmas on the Square celebration — on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

Hosted by the Hamilton Historic Main Street, the parade promises an evening filled with laughter, lights, and holiday cheer for the whole family.

📍 Where: Line up at the Hamilton Public Library
🕠 Line-Up Begins: 5:30 PM
🎉 Parade Starts: 6:00 PM

Show Off Your Christmas Spirit!

Grab your bikes, scooters, wagons, strollers, or just your feet and get ready to stroll through downtown in true holiday style.

Dress up in your best festive attire — ugly Christmas sweaters are highly encouraged! Decorate your non-motorized wheels in red and green, and don’t forget the extras:
✨ Battery-operated twinkle lights
🎀 Tinsel and mini wreaths
🦌 Reindeer antlers and more

The more creative, the better!

Important Parade Guidelines

To help keep everyone safe and joyful, please note the following:
🚫 No throwing candy along the parade route.
🎅 No one dressed as Santa — Santa Claus will make his grand entrance at the end of the parade!
📝 No sign-up required — simply show up and join the fun!
