We want to know what’s happening in our community! Hamilton is full of great things going on every week, and your event helps showcase the energy and spirit of our town. Use the form below to submit your event for the community calendar so more people can connect, celebrate, and get involved.

Please note:

  • All submissions are reviewed and must be approved by the EDC and Main Street Executive Director.

  • In some cases, events may also require approval by the EDC and/or Main Street Board of Directors.

  • Events may take up to one week to appear on the calendar — please plan ahead.

  • Incomplete submissions may be delayed until all required information is received.

  • Events submitted without graphics, with low-quality images, or with inappropriate graphics may not be used. The EDC/Main Street reserves the right to create or provide an appropriate graphic if necessary.
